Thurs/Friday

I did 7.33 and 7.32 miles respectively.  I was slow on Thursday and slightly faster on Friday. I am still walking and will walk this week-- maybe longer.  I am satisfied right now with the results and the  change of pace. The weather was mild  oth days with the temp around 45.  I am grateful just to be able to train.  I haven't been afraid to change it up whether it be running, walking and running, hill repeats, walking, or biking. I'm blessed. God Bless You
