I was surprised when I woke up to see the temp at 20 degrees with a wind chill in the single numbers. I'm still walking -- after briefly testing it out running. I think I will stick with the walking for two more weeks. Pain free consistency is better than painfully forcing the issue. I did the figure eight plus most of Apple Court(turning at Gingham). I felt good and enjoyed the peace of the morning on this nice quiet loop-- all totaled 7.28 miles. I'm just feeling blessed to be back on the streets. I can walk and do squats without pain.
