Cutting back on my distance and leaving time for most of my strength work in the morning has been a good change for me. I get to work on time and am not in a hurry. Sometimes the change forced on you works out for the best. I did 2 x Raynor/Ridgen and 3 x Ryan Avenue for 7.06 miles in 2:01:31 for a 17:12 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 103 bpm with an elevation gain of 196 feet at an average cadence of 123 spm at an average power of 125w at 56 degrees. It was a short night , but the sleep was decent. I have a dental appointment tonight. Have a blessed day!
