Thankfully I made the choice to cut back on certain things so that I arrive at work on time and have more time to get ready for school. The benefits have been terrific . You can enjoy the routine better when you aren’t so pinched for time. This morning I did the 2 x Ridge/Raynor and 3 x Ryan, plus a short out and back for 7.08 in 1:58:29 for a 16:44 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 95 bpm with an elevation gain of 210 feet at a cadence of 123 spm. at an average power of 129w at 66 degrees.
