I am OCD about many things and my workout routine is an example. I don’t really feel super fast or super fit with my ailing knees, but I am consistent. I did 8 x Raynor Hill doing 6.70 miles in 1:52:01 for a 16:43 minute per mile pace with an average heart beat of 94 bpm at an average cadence of 123 spm at an average power of 133w at an elevation gain of 258 feet at 66 degrees.
