Flexibility

 I have made a conscious decision to scale back things a bit so that I am not rushed in the morning and make it on time. This has been a good decision. The only sacrifice is to sacrifice snacks for a bit more dietary discipline. This morning I did the same route as yesterday doing 7.12 miles in 2:00:28 for a 16:54 minute per mile pace at an average heart rate of 80 bpm with an elevation gain of 198 feet at an average cadence of 123 spm at an average power of 129w at 56 degrees. It will be nice to have Charlotte back home tonight. Have a blessed day!
