I did 9 x .3 mile hill repeats with warm-up and cool-down with equal recovery for 6.2 miles. When I headed out the door I thought that I was in danger of not getting much of a workout in with the very icy refrozen roads. I was fortunate that my hill repeat course was good enough that I could get my work in-- I just had to slow down a bit as even this course was a bit slick. Just blessed to get the work in!
