Thursday/ Friday

I did 8 x .3 mile hill repeats with warm-up and cool-down with equal recovery on both days.  Both days had a temp of 44 degrees.  Thursday was a busy day at work, so I had no time to enter my workout. I am feeling the slight effects of a slight cold-- will try to get a little extra rest. Looking forward to the time change. God Bless!!!
