Running Apple Court and Longwood

I had a horrible night's sleep, but after I had my coffee I decided that I was ready for a workout.  I deviated from the hill repeats and did a slightly shorter addition to my Longwood Loop.  I ran a bit quicker. Again, I have shortened and quickened things up so that I can help my daughter out as she leaves for school at 6:15 am.  I felt fairly strong and quick and was pleased to get the work in.
