It was the remnants of the hurricane, but thankfully it was just a steady light rain. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out ok. I did 8.87 miles in 2:08:16 for a 14:27 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 231 feet with an average heart rate of 100 bpm at a rainy 45 degrees and 92 percent humidity. Praying for Jace who now has a mass in his leg.

Friday/Saturday
Friday- 8.77 miles in 2:04:42 for a 14:13 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 99 bpm with a 174 foot elevation gain at a mild 64 degrees and 95 percent humidity.

Another Foggy Day
I headed out the door at about the same time as yesterday. My pace was a bit slower, but I was not too far off. It was the second foggy day, but reflective gear definitely makes a difference. I am liking this Ridge loop when I get out early. Very quiet and remote. I did 8.79 miles in 2:12:23 for a 15:03 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 101bpm with an elevation gain of 147 feet at 63 degrees and 94 percent humidity. I am blessed! Have a great day!
