I woke up Wednesday morning to find that my cellar was flooded. A lot of work was put in to get the water out and clean things up. In the early afternoon I decided to try a hill repeat workout. I did 8 x .3 mile repeats with equal recocery. All totaled I did 5.6 miles in humid afternoon conditions. I saw my friend Chuck running just after noon time--- inspiring me to get a workout in. I did 9.3 this morning on the Longwood Loop. I ran it easy in comfortable fall-like conditions. Have a blessed day!
