I headed out later than usual due to the people putting in our heat(and air conditioning)pump at 6 am. My wife came out a bit later so that I could go for my walk. The conditions today were miserable. The stats cannot explain how depleted I was of energy. I did 8.40 miles in 2:37:19 for an 18:42 minute per mile pace at an average heart rate of 71 bpm at an cadence of 115 spm at an average power of 110w at an easy effort of 3 at 74 degrees and 95 percent humidity. By the end of the workout it was closer to 80. Now we have a full house and I’m just laying low avoiding the heat. Have a blessed day! One week before the surgery, Lord willing!
