I headed out after three off running days. Sunday night was a bad night for sleep--I actually decided against running and slept in. The work days are so long that I felt the extra rest was needed to finish the day out. The weather was cool and drizzly--feeling more like winter than summer. I did the Apple Court/Longwood loop which is 8.4 miles. I hit 12 mph on the radar gun/maybe 13. I was a bit fatigued as I had done an extra set of squats yesterday. Just tried to get through the workout with minimal effort. God Bless All!
