I woke up at around 5:20 and took my time getting out of bed on this Memorial Day. I read my Bible and prayed before getting out of bed. It was another rainy morning. Yesterday I had the perfect amount of clothing for the rain and cold. Today, I was a little warm. I ended up up taking my glasses off, because they kept fogging up. I did Ridge with 3 x Ryan avenue and the. Woodlot and 7 x Woodlot Hill. As I went past Dunkin Donuts on the opposite side of Middle Country, I notice a pulled over small car with yelling coming from within the car. I stopped and looked back. A lady opened the driver’s side door and told me to call 911. She said that her boyfriend had put his hands on her. I dialed and at that time the boyfriend got out of the car and walked towards me. He was upset that I had “interfered “ and not minded my own business. I was talking to the police on speaker phone with the man yelling at me. He then slapped my phone out of my hand and started walking away. The policeman on the line told me not to engage the man. That’s the last I he from this situation. I continued on with my workout, and noticed two police cars speeding in the direction of alleged incident. I did 7.63 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP bench presses. I hope to do a set of weighted bench presses later and either 3 x farmers walk or do a set of hex bar deadlifts. I feel my energy drifting for a bit. Need to recharge. God bless!
