Little Improvements

I was a little concerned about soreness and fatigue. I switched up my insoles and sneakers and it is helping. This morning I did the Longwood loop for 6.49 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I may do a set of core trainer presses/rows and a set of goblet squats when I get home. A lot of interruptions shortened the length of this entry. I look forward to the return of Char.
