I woke up early, but couldn’t sleep. I just laid there and rested. I went through the morning with a relaxed attitude, just because I lacked the juice necessary to really rock it. I did the Longwood 6.5 miler, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to get a set of core trainer presses and goblet squats done later. I go from feeling pretty good to almost feeling sick. I definitely am on the weak side of things right now. Stomach is back and forth iffy. Just take it one day at a time. God bless!
