From the beginning, the day shaped up nicely. I just kind of started out on a productive note. I kept checking things off on my checklist that needed to be completed. This got me out in really good season and kept me a little ahead of schedule. I did the Longwood Loop doing 6.42 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do a set of core trainer presses and goblet squats later. Going to rest now. God bless you!
