Late but Doing Fine

  I have been just a bit slow this week due to fatigue. Thankfully, I am getting stuff done— I just can’t seem to get it done quickly. This morning I did the Longwood Loop doing 6.45 miles, the fabulous 40, and I did 3 x GP curls/presses. I may do a set of core trainer presses and a set of goblet squats. I will see how I feel. There was an accident today on the way to work that slowed me down. I was a bit late, but thankfully I haven’t had many of those days. In Jesus there is salvation and hope!
