I felt better today, but still had a little laryngitis. I did the Longwood Loop for 6.28 miles, the fab 40, weighted bench press, 2 x GP bench press, and 1 x hex bar deadlifts. I really enjoy the morning breeze that often accelerates the morning workout. It was a good time of prayer and things went fairly smoothly. I’m just blessed in so many ways. I am grateful to the Lord for His goodness and blessings to me!
I am fighting off some mild congestion and phlegm in my throat. I am cutting back a bit on my workouts for this week. Today I did the Kastal/Ridge/Woodlot/ Raynor figure 8 for 6.2 miles, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do goblet squats and press/rows later. Have a blessed day!

I am grateful for this time in my life. I have a job that I like, I have a good work/life balance, I’m able to keep in touch with my parents and daughters, my brother and I talk weekly, I have been able to have regular workouts, that I have intentionally reduced the volume so to make it more enjoyable and allow consistency.

I got up a few minutes later than usual, by design. I just wanted a couple of extra minutes of sleep, and I got them. I did the conventional Longwood/Niewood Loop. I think as just going to try and check off the boxes this morning and not worry about going extra. Sometimes you want to get the work in with a minimum of struggle. I did 6.26 miles, the fab 40, 2 x GP curls/presses, 1 x weighted bench presses, and hope to do goblet squats later. It’s been a good start. Have a blessed day!

I just try to keep going and be consistent. With age marching up I realize that I need to make the days count. For bless you my friends!
I woke up just before my alarm went off. I immediately started going through my mental checklist of things to do before I get ready for my workout rather than scroll through my phone. I was able to get out a few minutes earlier and to do the Randall Workout plus 1 x Ryan Avenue for 6.55 miles, the fab 40, 1 x weighted bench press, 1 x hex bar deadlifts and shrugs, and 2 x GP bench presses. I had a good commute and a little DD for breakfast. I have a wedding reception tonight after work. I’m looking forward to some extra sleep tonight.
Today fortunately, things seem to flow. I attempted to get things into the schedule and it worked without adding time. It doesn’t always work that way. I decided to do Whiskey/Ridge/Raynor/Woodlot and one extra short Woodlot Hill for 6.48 miles, the fabulous 40, 2 x GP curls/presses, 1 x core trainer presses/rows. I hope to do goblet squats later and possibly mow the lawn. I’m tired today, but thankfully it’s not a stressful work day. Be blessed friend!
