I know that at my age, that if I stopped working out— my body would make an ugly transformation. That’s why I go against my instinct to stay in bed each morning, and instead I do my workout by the grace of the Lord! Today I did the hill workout doing 6.63 miles in 1:49:50 for a 16:34 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 129 bpm with an elevation gain of 265 feet at an average cadence of 125 spm at an average power of 137w at 53 degrees.
