I did two sets of twenty-five sit-ups . I decided my hip needed intervention of ice and ibuprofen. Luckily it is responding very well. I think I will switch to biking-- at least for tomorrow,maybe next week. I've been going back and forth from running to biking for some time now. So when my body feels beat down from one,I can switch to the other. One of the advantages of working out for
