I slept horribly last night,all the same I woke up at 5:50 am. I did my sit-ups and stretching then headed out doing my 5 K loop twice. This is one of my favorite workout loops. I saw a couple of deer,a turkey,a partrige,and a couple of walkers. There are some steep hills on these mostly dirt roads. I saw a couple of runners this morning. I was surprised as I hadn't seen anyone since I started back.
