I had a decent night’s rest. I was actually woken up by my alarm this morning. I quickly went into my morning routine. Even though I am initially tired when I wake up, I slowly wake up as I do my morning routine. I did the Randall route plus 2 x Ryan avenue for 6.88 miles, I did the fabulous 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do a set of core trainer presses and rows and a set of goblet squats.
