I knew that there was a threat of slippery streets with a winter weather advisory for freezing rain. It was above freezing when I woke up, but the temperatures quickly took a dip below freezing. There were spots that were slippery, but I stayed on the side of the road where the gravel and grit were not washed away. I did 1 x Ridge, Whiskey, Raynor, and 1 x Ridge, Kastal, Raynor for 6.68 miles, the fabulous 40, and 3 x GP bench presses. I have Bible Study tonight. I have a lot going on, and somehow I feel a little off because of my new medication. I just feel a little different. I have a lot going on in my head, but I just can’t write it out.
