Saturday- 2 x Ridge/Woodlot for 8.45 miles, the fab 40, 3 x GP curls/presses, 1 x core trainer presses/rows, 1 set quad bar dead lift.
Sunday- Randall and 1 x Ryan for 6.54 miles , 3 x GP bench presses, 1 set of bed goblet squats, , 1 set of weighed bench presses .
Monday- The Longwood Loop for 6.5 miles, the fab 40 , 3 x GP presses and curls. I hope to do 1 x core trainer presses and curls and bed goblet squats later.
