I was able to get out a little later and go longer this morning since I am taking care of 2 of my granddaughters while my daughter goes to work. I did my old long Longwood/Ridge/Kastal Workout for 9.19 miles, the fab 40, 3 x GP curls/presses , and probably 1 x core training presses/rows. I am easing my way into the day. God bless you!
