This is my first full day with Charlotte away on another mission trip which she loves. I woke up before my alarm went off. I could hear the rain outside on this late winter morning. I did the Longwood Loop with the short hill out and back and staying on Smith Road for 6.31 miles, the fabulous 40, and 3 x GP bench presses. I’m a bit off and a bit lonely. There has been a lot of time living at home a lot because church and family take us away from each other. I do miss her and her company. God bless you my friend!
