Today I was back at my usual workout time and distance: it was 37 degrees and clear. I decided to do the Longwood Loop the Dunkin Donuts option for 6.51 miles, the fab 40, 3 x GP bench presses, and one set of 20 kettlebell to bed squats. I made it to work in plenty of time. Feeling kind of tired. I apologize for my brief blogs. I have plenty going on, but just not feeling like writing it all down. I hope that your day is blessed!
