I got a nice early start with good plans. It was another warm morning, but not as humid. Things were going really well,when after mile 3 1/2 I received a phone call. I had to reverse direction and head back to the house. My father in laws nurse didn’t show up so I had to go to his house to watch her. I ended up doing 5.03 miles. I took the GP resistance machine and did 3 sets of bench presses. I hope to do 4 x farmers walk and one set of weighted bench presses. I may not reach my activity goal today. We’ll see.
