I was feeling a bit tired as I woke up early this morning. I know that I will always enjoy my walk once I hit the dark quiet roads of early morning Ridge. I did the Longwood loop doing 6.5 miles, the fab 40, 1 x core trainer presses/rows, and 2 x GP curls/presses. I hope to get a set of goblet squats in later. Have a blessed day!
