I woke up before my alarm, but remained relaxed for as long as I could. I used to get frustrated when I woke up so early, but now I just pray and keep going forward. I am trying to keep my eyes going forward. I did 6.5 miles on the Longwood loop, did the fabulous 40, did 1 x core trainer presses/rows, and 2 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do a set of goblet squats later. I am grateful for the workouts and the opportunity to pray in the quietness of the early morning!
