Alarmed?

  This is the first morning in a while that I slept through my alarm. Fortunately, I woke up about 8 minutes after and was able to to stay with my normal routine. I did back off on my workout a bit and did 2 x Woodlot loop with an extra hill up and back each lap for 6.3 miles, I did the fab 40 , and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do goblet squats later and as an option, maybe the core trainer press. I am a bit tired and may keep backing off a bit for the rest of the week.  I had a nice talk with my mom and dad on the way to work. God bless you!
