I was up and out earlier this Friday. I intentionally kept on the move, knowing that my energy was low. Yesterday, I closed my move circle for the first time in two months. I think that my legs are finally it today. I need to dial it back a bit today. I did 3.37 miles in under 20 minutes per mile, I did the recumbent bike for 10 minutes, the fabulous forty, and strength band curls and presses. I made it to the teacher parking lot for only the second time this year. Next week is a short week, thank the Lord! Have a blessed day!
