Thursday- My anxiety was a bit better this morning. I have always had issues with depression and anxiety. For me it is a physical problem that plays with my emotions, although I am more familiar and have more awareness and coping mechanisms. I did the Barnstown /Howe Hill Loop doing 6.37 miles on a cool and clear Maine morning. I didn’t sleep great the night before , but I got better as the day went on. I did the fab 40, 3 sets of GP bench presses and 2 sets of Smith’s machine bench presses. I also did some leg work.
Friday- I felt a lesser degree of anxiety this morning. I did the 131 hill towards Appleton and then the Barnestown /Howe Hill loop going as far as Bumblebee Lane and back for 6.45 miles. I also did the fab 40, 3 super sets of GP curls / Presses and 2 sets of core bar presses with 3 35 pound plates for 15 reps each. I am blessed to be able to do what I do and to have a wonderful wife and family. God bless you my friends. Saturday has been a rest day except the fab 40 and 3 sets of core trainer presses.
