I was in such a hurry to prepare myself for my journey ti Maine that I forgot to blog yesterday. I did the 2 x Woodlot loop with two extra trips up Woodlot hill for 6.34 miles, the fabulous 40, and 2 x GP bench presses, and one set of weighted bench presses. This morning I went out in Orono for 6.27 miles and 3 super sets of curls and presses on the Gym Proloux device at The Black Bear Inn. I have been experiencing some feelings of anxiety. It’s manageable, but I will probably have a discussion with my doctor about it. Have a blessed day! So good to be in Maine!
