Sunday/Monday

 First of all, I feel a bit scatter brained. Kind of all over the place. This is the end of the school year and I am a bit tired, but I have a lot going. I am looking forward to the times ahead, but there is getting there and being patient and organized.

Sunday- Father’s Day: I did the Longwood Loop going backwards doing 6.84 miles, 3 x GP curls/presses, the fab 40, weighted bench press, and  goblet squats, and core trainer presses and rows.

Monday: I headed out the regular route of Longwood for 8.39 miles, 3 x GP bench presses, 3 x farmer’s walk at school, hex bar deadlifts and shrugs, and weighted bench presses. 

 I started getting prepared for camp. I am in a time of transition of getting rid of clothes that I have no intention of wearing. It seems that I have gotten rid of too many shorts. I may need to restock my supplies. Have a blessed day!
