Wednesday- I did the Longwood Loop in reverse doing 6.62 miles, the fab 40, 3 x GP bench presses, 1 x weighted bench presses, 1 x deadlift and shrugs with hex bar.
Thursday- I did 2 x Woodlot//Raynor with 7 x Woodlot Hill, 7 x Woodlot Hill, 3 x GP curls/presses, and may attempt a core trainer weighted press, and a goblet squat. With temps in the 90s will probably skip lawn mowing. I’m sorry about the short blogs. I’m content right now to just give you the basics. I hope to give you more from time to time. The end of the school year is tough. God bless you!
