Friday Tired but Blessed

  I woke up and went through my morning routine in a fairly routine manner. Even though I’m ahead of schedule, my fatigue level has me barely scraping by. I did the Longwood Loop in reverse. I did 6.63 miles, the fabulous 40, 1 set of hex bar deadlifts and shrugs, 1 set of weighted bench presses , and 2 sets of GP bench presses. I am grateful for being able to workout.
