Friday- After sticking to Raynor Hill for the week and shoveling for 6 hours for the other workout, I decided to try another route as the roads were improving. I did the Raynor route plus an out and back going across Whiskey Road to the second telephone pole on the left and back. I did 6.71 miles, the fab 40, 1 x weighted bench press, and 2 x GP bench presses. My weight is slowly going down. With the Lord’s help, I trust that I will keep losing weight. I felt pretty good this week and I am grateful for that. Have a blessed weekend!
