I went into my morning thinking that I may try to do a different route, but I thought the better of it and stayed with my trusty two looper. On colder mornings there is so much prep involved, that extra time is needed. So many layers and accessories. The only change was that I changed the direction of my loop on the second lap. I noticed that the roads are clearer and that it’s slightly lighter at the end of my walk. I did 6.38 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. It’s hard to believe that tomorrow is Friday.
