I have been on time by trying to be ahead of time even though I am running behind. I am just moving in slow motion d spite my best intentions. I am tired and slow. Thankfully, I have been able to keep pace simply due to getting up 5 minutes earlier. I did 2 x Raynor/Kastal/Ridge for 6.44 miles, th fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I made it to work on time. Still a bit tired. Have a blessed day!
