Sunday- 6.3 miles on the Longwood Loop finishing past Dunkin Donuts,
With 2 sets GP bench press, one set regular bench press and the fab 40.
Monday- 6.21 miles on Raynor Hill of 7 x the hill and down first inlet of Apple Court, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls, and presses. Struggling, but with the Lord’s help it is working out.
