Not Quite Feeling It

 This week I have been feeling a bit off. Today, my stomach is a bit quirky and not quite right. My workouts have gone true to form , but outside of that I have not felt my best. Yesterday, I thought that J had turned a corner. Today I realized that I am back to 50%. I did the 2 x Raynor/Ridge , 2 x out and back, and 3 x Ryan Hill for 7.13 miles in 1:56:23 for a 16:19 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 103 bpm at an average cadence of 125 spm at an average power of 134w an an all out effort of at 21 degrees. Lord give me strength today!
