I was supposedly up to speed, but every moment felt like I was late. I did the original Longwood Loop in reverse. I’m liking this loop right now. I did 6.63 miles, the fab 40, 3 x farmers carry at work, and 3 x GP bench presses. I hope to do a set of hex deadlifts and shrugs and a weighted bench press. An accident had me two minutes late at work. Felt hurried but productive today. Jace’s birthday tomorrow! God bless!

Meek Monday
I woke up a little hesitant. I think it has to do with fatigue and the expectation of the coming week. Some days you wake up with confidence and other days you are less secure. I did 2 x Woodlot with a total of 7 x up Woodlot hill for 6.51 miles. I also did the fabulous 30 and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do goblet squats and core trainer press/rows. I’m going to leave it at that today. Just going to try to check the boxes off of the day. God bless you Richland you trust Him!

Cool to Warm
I headed out with a little bit of work to do before church. I did the out and back to Rolling Hills Drive and up and down the hill and back to Woodlot and loop around and up Ridge for 7.06 miles, the fab 40, 3 x GP bench presses and 2 x farmers walk. I may do annoy farmers carry , deadlift, and weighted bench presses. I will do what I can with what energy that I have. I just try to stay consistent. A busy week ahead. Lord, I thank you for strength!

Saturday Morning
When my wife had an early morning getaway, I usually try to head out for a walk. I enjoy walking when I can get a good night’s rest and get around in a leisurely fashion. I find that I usually am tired on Saturdays. Saturday often is like a physical Sabbath. I did the Ridge and a modified version of Ryan doing 1 x Ryan with length added on Whiskey and Woodlot and 8 x Woodlot hill for 7.56 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses, goblet squats, and may try one set of core trainer presses/rows. Went out to eat with Char at Jamesport. Tired, so going to rest now.

Backwards
Today I approached the workout with enthusiasm even though I was tired. God has encouraged me in so many ways. First, God answers prayer. I believe that He loves us and desires to answer our prayers. Prayer is really being sensitive to God’s heart and presence. God wants our fellowship. Lastly, the Lord wants to use us. He is not limited by our shortcomings. He uses us in spite of us not always having the best attitudes. I know that the Lord knows my weaknesses and flaws and he actually helps me and brings people into my life to help me.
I did the Longwood Loop in reverse the last two days for 6.62 miles and 6.61. Yesterday I did the fab 40, 3 x GP curls/presses, 1 x core trainer presses and rows, and 1 x goblet squats. Today I did bench presses on the GP for 3 sets. I hope to do the farmers walk and deadlift later. Have a blessed day!

Keep Going
The only that I really have going for me is my healthiness and the ability to be consistent. I do nothing impressive, I just have been consistent. Today I did 6.5 on the Longwood Loop, the fab 40, and 3 x GP bench presses. When I went to school, I did 3 laps of the farmers walk. Going to get a rest.

I Love Routine
I was pleased in a way to be back to my normal routine of work. I feel in many ways that my work is my life ministry. I click and function the best with these teachers and these students. In church I support my wife and do the kids ministry as a teacher, but church is basically where I support my wife in her ministry. I did the Longwood Loop doing the original version for 6.62 miles, the fab 40, and 3 x GP curls/presses. I hope to do goblet squats and core trainer presses and rows x 1. It is nice to be back at work. Thank you Lord!
