Visiting Familiar Routes

I did 9.44 in 2:00:40 with 12:47 minute per mile walking pace. Adams Street, Deep Cove, High Street, County Road, Clark Street are a few roads traveled today!

Sonhasrisenrunning: I'm a teacher who enjoys training. Training is just part of who I am. I use my workouts as a time to reflect as well as to workout. I started running when I live in Camden. I went to school in western NY for 4 years before moving to Eastport,Maine. In my 23 years there I enjoyed training in unmatched beauty along the coast of downeast Maine. Now I train in central Long Island running through the pine barrens. I still get back to Maine on a regular basis to see my three youngest daughters whom I love and miss dearly.
