I did 9.1 after an eventful day yesterday. Tired now, the weekend should be great! Go Bless!

Sonhasrisenrunning: I'm a teacher who enjoys training. Training is just part of who I am. I use my workouts as a time to reflect as well as to workout. I started running when I live in Camden. I went to school in western NY for 4 years before moving to Eastport,Maine. In my 23 years there I enjoyed training in unmatched beauty along the coast of downeast Maine. Now I train in central Long Island running through the pine barrens. I still get back to Maine on a regular basis to see my three youngest daughters whom I love and miss dearly. Enjoy me on my training journey. I also keep up on a regular strength routine that I've done for years,but you will usually just hear about my running/walking exploits. May God bless you--Eric
