7.8 On Apple Court,Ridge,Raynor,Woodlot

Dark gloomy damp day. Felt good to get out. The time change has made me feel like I'm sleep running. Felt strong on the hills. Saw five deer near the end of the run. God Bless!

Sonhasrisenrunning: I'm a teacher who enjoys training. Training is just part of who I am. I use my workouts as a time to reflect as well as to workout. I started running when I live in Camden. I went to school in western NY for 4 years before moving to Eastport,Maine. In my 23 years there I enjoyed training in unmatched beauty along the coast of downeast Maine. Now I train in central Long Island running through the pine barrens. I still get back to Maine on a regular basis to see my three youngest daughters whom I love and miss dearly.
